At DupliDash, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
-
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
If your return is rejected, we will contact you with the reason and return the item back to you.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at duplidash@gmail.com with photos and order details.
